Online Orders - Delivery Information
England has now entered a third national lockdown. As with the first and second lockdowns, Footsore Miniatures and Games continues to operate whilst observing the appropriate health and safety measure.
All online orders are currently experiencing slight delays due to increased demand and social distancing rules applied at our unit. We’re sorry we are slower than normal delivering to you and want to thank all of our customers for their patience during this challenging time.
If you ordered items over the Holidays, we encourage you to allow for the current postal delays and please be patient before contacting us. We will however do everything in our power to despatch your orders to you as quickly as we can
These are the fundamental things we think you need to know about our service at the moment:
- To ensure social distancing, our warehouse is operating with a reduced workforce, with additional safeguards in place.
- We’re busier than normal and timeframes may differ due to staff capacity and Royal Mail’s ability to deliver.
- Customer support is receiving a number of emails and we are responding as quickly as we can.
We would like to say a huge thank you to all of our loyal customers for their messages of support and valued custom during this difficult time, it really is appreciated.
We are experiencing delays with deliveries to the some countries.

Staff and Customer Safety
In these strange and worrying times, we’re committed to doing whatever we can to make a difference, supporting our co-workers, our customers and our community. We will continue to do what is best to protect our staff, this is our number one priority and we have made a pledge to keep up to-date with all advice and legislation to do this.
