Please include your order number. We will confirm with you that we have received your cancellation request.
If the order has not been dispatched, we will refund you immediately and cancel the order. If the order is already on route, you would have received a tracking details email. We cannot cancel the order. Please contact us about returning your item for a refund, see below.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can not offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in good condition.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to Footsore Miniatures without first making contact and confirming your return request. (orders@footsoreminiatures.co.uk)
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
No refund is eligible for any digital products already paid for and delivered.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method. (Please allow at least 5 working days for bank processing)
Note: Only the value of the returned items will be refunded. We can not refund any postage or insurance costs.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items can not be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only exchange/replace items like-for-like if they are defective or damaged. Contact orders@footsoreminiatures.co.uk with as much information as possible, please include a photo(s).
In this case, there is likely no need to return the item. However, occasionally, a return may be required. If a return is necessary, we will communicate this with you, and the return details (see below) will apply.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. (Please refer to our shipping information)
If shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
