Tariffs and an Update for Our U.S. Customers

From 29 August 2025, new U.S. government rules mean that all goods imported into the USA will be subject to customs duties, even low-value parcels that were previously duty-free under the $800 de minimis threshold.

What this means for you

We want to reassure you that your experience as a customer will not change. We are putting everything in place behind the scenes to make sure your parcels continue to arrive without delays, hidden fees, or extra paperwork.

• From 26 August, we will begin shipping with Royal Mail’s Postal Delivered Duties Paid (PDDP) service.

• Duties will be based on an item’s value and its country of manufacture. For most of our products, this means a 10% U.S. tariff.

• Where possible, and to make things simpler, we will calculate and collect these duties at checkout and pay them directly to U.S. Customs on your behalf.

• All parcels will continue to be sent with tracking and no further fees to pay on delivery.

There may be a short period while we update our systems when U.S. shipping temporarily disappears from checkout. If that happens, please don’t worry—it will only be for a short time.

Update 26th August

At this time Royal Mail services to USA are suspended temporarily as new Tariffs are being implemented. We anticipate only a small delay whilst Royal Mail do their prep work before shipping can resume.
