Poland's GROM (meaning Grupa Reagowania Operacyjno-Manewrowego / Operational Maneuver Response Group) is Poland's elite counter-terrorism unit. Also known as both 'the Surgeons' and Jednostka Wojskowa 2305 ('Military Unit 2305'). GROM is modelled after the US Army's Delta Force, the US Navy's SEAL Team Six and the SAS.
